By accessing or using Wedding Planner Central (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Wedding Planner Central provides a wedding-planning dashboard, free calculators and tools, editorial guides, and a shop containing curated product recommendations with affiliate links. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) scrape or reverse-engineer the Service beyond fair use; (c) upload malware or infringing content; (d) interfere with other users; or (e) misuse our free tools to submit false or misleading data at scale.

4. Content ownership

You retain all rights to content you enter into your planning dashboard (budgets, guest lists, notes). Editorial content on the Service (guides, articles, tool copy) is © Wedding Planner Central.

5. Affiliate & third-party links

Product recommendations on this site frequently include affiliate links. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Product prices, availability, and specifications are set by the third-party seller (e.g. Amazon) and may change at any time. See our affiliate disclosure.

6. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. No professional advice

The Service provides planning tools and editorial content for informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, or contractual advice. Verify all vendor contracts, marriage-license requirements, and financial decisions with a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Planner Central will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@weddingplannercentral.com.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
