7 ways to cut floral costs without it showing
- Pick in-season blooms. Peonies in March are 4x the cost of peonies in May. Ask your florist what's local and in-season for your date.
- Repurpose ceremony florals. Move the arch arrangement to the sweetheart table; aisle pieces become bar or escort-card decor.
- Mix florals with greenery and candles. Eucalyptus + taper candles at half the tables, full florals at the rest. Photos read identically.
- Choose volume-friendly flowers. Garden roses, hydrangeas, and stock fill space affordably. Avoid orchids, lily of the valley, and out-of-season tulips.
